             Manage Post-Exam Stress 




Take Time to Relax

         Engage in Leisure Activities:  Spend a few days after exams doing activities you enjoy, such as watching movies, playing games, or hanging out with friends and family.

     Get Enough Sleep: Catch up on sleep that you might have missed during the exam period.


Participate in Physical Activity



          Exercise Regularly:  Daily exercise releases endorphins, which can help reduce stress.🤗

        Try Yoga and Meditation:These practices are excellent for both mental relaxation and physical well-being.

join sports, gym, outdoor activities to get relax. 

 

Eat a Healthy Diet  (my fvrt 😋) 



         Balanced Nutrition:Ensure your diet includes vegetables, fruits, and proteins to maintain both physical and mental health.Eat less but always take quality diet. 

take protein rich diet, avoid much carbs, sugar and oils. 

  Stay Hydrated:   Drinking plenty of water is essential for overall well-being.

  Connect with Others (not mnhoos log) 



        Talk to Friends(not theetas nd snakes🤥) and Family: Sharing your thoughts and feelings with trusted individuals can provide emotional support and reduce stress.

        Join Support Groups: Sometimes talking to peers who are going through the same experience can be helpful.


Practise Mindfulness



       Mindfulness Exercises: Practicing mindfulness can help you stay present and reduce anxiety about the future.

Always remain mentally and physically in present, neither in past nor in future. stay bzy, in positive activities. 

     Deep Breathing Techniques: Simple breathing exercises can quickly reduce stress and help you feel more centered.
